Cancellations or changes for services are accepted up to 4 Business hours prior to your appointment.
(During our operation hours:9am-9pm)
After that time we regret that we will be required to charge you 50% of the service price.
哲o shows for appointments will be charged 100%.

Tax and gratuity are not included in the price of the service.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time.
Late arrivals will not receive any extension of scheduled treatment time.
It is recommended that you refrain from alcohol at least
8 hours prior to a spa treatment.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot include gratuities.
All prices are subject to change without notice
A 17% gratuity and tax will be added to the listed service charges.
